Job summary

TGH Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking a House Supervisor (RN) to oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure high-quality psychiatric and general care for patients with substance use or mental health needs. The role blends leadership with hands-on nursing responsibilities in a collaborative hospital setting.

Ideal candidates will hold an active RN license, have 6+ months of acute care experience, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited BSN/ ADN or Nursing Diploma program.
• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
• CPR and de-escalation certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff across all functions to ensure quality general and psychiatric patient care.
• Schedule, educate and discipline staff; participate in meetings and care planning.
• Review documentation for timeliness and accuracy; ensure completion of treatment plans.
• May serve as a working RN performing nursing duties to ensure quality care.
