Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri - Saint Robert is seeking a House Supervisor (RN) to lead and supervise nightly care in a residential setting for adolescents. You will implement clinical policies and work with the care team to ensure high-quality, developmentally appropriate services.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license in Missouri (ADN or BSN preferred) and brings prior mental health experience with youth.

Qualifications

• ADN or nursing diploma with RN licensure in MO.
• Experience in a mental health setting with adolescents preferred.
• Ability to lead, teach and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies to promote resident care.
• Monitor hygiene practices to high standards.
• Coordinate medical and clinical teams for integrated care.
• Collaborate on individualized care plans.
• Address resident needs and manage challenging behaviors.
