Saint Therese of New Hope, a multi-campus, non-profit, spiritual based health care organization, is seeking a manager for our residence dining. The New Hope location has a full continuum of care with about 275 independent and assisted living apartments, which the residence dining serves.

Job Description

This position is for a .4 Back-up PM RN House Supervisor. Responsibilities include managing and supervising the activities on the evening shift.

This position involves a hands-on opportunity to support nursing staff in providing quality care to the elders we serve. This includes managing, supervising, and directing the care of residents. This position works closely with staff and administration.

Qualifications

5 years of nursing experience is required. Candidates must demonstrate experience and strong leadership in managing. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.

A current Minnesota RN Licensure is required; RNC preferred. Working knowledge of State and Federal regulations is necessary. Saint Therese offers competitive compensation and benefits.
