Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Wisconsin is seeking an RN Supervisor-House to provide 24/7 nursing leadership and administrative decision making across hospital departments. You will coordinate patient flow, placement, and services in collaboration with staff and physicians.

As the on-site nursing leader, you will guide policy interpretation, resource utilization, and responses to patient concerns. Wisconsin RN licensure and BLS are required; TN sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Must be a Graduate of a nursing program.
• Active Wisconsin RN license or ability to practice in Wisconsin.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Demonstrates leadership, problem solving, continuous improvement, verbal and written communication, and team building.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative decision making 24/7 for coordination of patient flow, placement and services across hospital departments.
• Provide nursing leadership for staff involved in patient care 24/7.
• Serve as on-site nursing leadership representative, guiding policy interpretation, resource utilization, and addressing patient/family concerns.
