Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking an RN Supervisor-House to provide 24/7 nursing leadership across hospital departments, coordinating patient flow and services in partnership with physicians and staff.

In this role, you will guide policy interpretation, problem solve staffing challenges, and respond to emergent situations while ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance. Wisconsin RN license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• RN license in Wisconsin with current BLS certification.
• BSN preferred; nursing degree required.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 nursing leadership for staff across hospital departments.
• Coordinate patient flow, placement, and services with staff and physicians.
• Guide staff in interpretation of policies and emergency preparedness plans.
• Address patient/family concerns and manage resources and supervision.
