Mayo Clinic in Wisconsin seeks an RN Supervisor-House to provide 24/7 nursing leadership, coordinating patient flow and services. As on-site leadership, you will guide staff, interpret policies, and manage resource allocation with strong problem solving and teamwork.

Qualificações

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• RN with Wisconsin license or eligible.
• Evidence of BSN within five years for RN start after Apr 1, 2020.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read/communicate in English.
• Demonstrates leadership, problem solving, continuous improvement, and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate patient flow and hospital patient services 24/7 across departments.
• Provide nursing leadership for staff involved in patient care 24/7 as on-site representative.
• Guide staff in interpretation and application of policies/procedures.
• Lead problem solving and emergency preparedness planning for emergencies.
