Mercy Jefferson is seeking a House Supervisor to oversee daily operations across patient care departments. You will supervise staff, coordinate activities, and address issues to maintain excellent patient care in a safe environment.

This role partners with leadership to guide hospital strategy and provides growth opportunities for nurses advancing into management and healthcare administration. 12 hours per week, day and night availability in Festus, MO.

Formación

• Education: Completion of accredited nursing program.
• Licensure: Missouri RN license.
• Experience: 3–5 years hospital nursing experience.
• Certification/Registration: BLS and ACLS prior to orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of patient care departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise staff, coordinate activities, and address issues as they arise.
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment and high-quality patient care.
• Mentor nursing teams and collaborate with leadership to guide hospital strategy.
• Partner with executive and clinical leaders to support Mercy's mission and goals.
