Qualifications

• Education: Completion of accredited nursing program.
• Licensure: Currently licensed in the State of Missouri as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience: Three to five years hospital nursing experience.
• Certification/Registration: BLS and ACLS prior to completing orientation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of patient care departments and ensure adherence to policies.
• Supervise staff, coordinate activities, and address issues to maintain a safe environment.
• Mentor nursing teams and champion patient care across the hospital.
• Provide visibility into leadership decisions and help ensure smooth operations.
