Job summary

Mercy Jefferson in Festus, MO is seeking a House Supervisor to oversee daily operations of hospital patient care departments. You will supervise staff, coordinate activities, and ensure adherence to policies to support excellent patient care.

This role offers day and night shifts, 12 hours per week, leadership exposure with executive teams, and opportunities to mentor nursing staff while advancing Mercy's mission of compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Education: Completion of accredited nursing program.
• Licensure: Currently licensed in the State of Missouri as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience: Three to five years hospital nursing experience
• Certification/Registration: BLS and ACLS prior to completing orientation

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of hospital patient care departments and ensure efficient workflow.
• Supervise staff, coordinate activities, and address issues as they arise.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment and champion patient care.
• Mentor nursing teams and provide leadership exposure to executive leadership.
