Job summary

Intermountain Hospital in Boise, Idaho, is seeking an RN House Supervisor to oversee facility operations during the assigned shift. The role includes supervising nursing and clinical staff and ensuring timely, accurate patient care across age groups from adolescent to geriatric patients.

The position is a full-time days role with 12-hour shifts (Wednesday through Saturday rotating days) and offers benefits and opportunities within the UHS network.

Qualifications

• RN license to practice in Idaho required.
• Current CPR or BLS certification required.
• Preferred three years in an acute hospital setting; psychiatric inpatient preferred.
• Supervisory/managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for complete facility operations during the assigned shift.
• Supervises nursing and clinical staff to ensure care is delivered accurately and promptly.
• Ensures patient care is provided in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Oversees care of patients from adolescent through geriatrics.

This includes supervising nursing and clinical staff, ensuring that patient care is provided in an accurate and timely manner. This position has responsibility for the supervision of care of patients ranging in age from adolescent through geriatrics.

Shift: Full Time days, 12-hour shifts, Wednesday through Saturday rotating days

Qualifications

RN House Supervisor Job Requirements:

• Current license to practice nursing in Idaho.
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Preferred three years of experience working in an acute hospital setting; preferably in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
• Supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
