Job summary

Intermountain Hospital in Boise, Idaho, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking an experienced RN House Supervisor to oversee facility operations during the assigned shift, supervise nursing and clinical staff, and ensure patient care is delivered accurately and timely for adolescents through geriatrics.

Our RN House Supervisor assumes responsibility for complete facility operations during the assigned shift. This includes supervising nursing and clinical staff, ensuring that patient care is provided in an accurate and timely manner. This position has responsibility for the supervision of care of patients ranging in age from adolescent through geriatrics.

Shift: Full Time days, 12-hour shifts, Wednesday through Saturday rotating days

Qualifications

RN House Supervisor Job Requirements:

• Current license to practice nursing in Idaho.
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Preferred three years of experience working in an acute hospital setting; preferably in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
• Supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
