Job summary

Endeavor Health’s RN House Operations Administrator (HOA) leads clinical and operational activity during shifts, coordinating patient flow, staffing, safety, and emergencies. This role acts as the central decision-maker for real-time operations and interdepartmental collaboration across units within Highland Park’s facilities.

Required BSN; Master’s preferred, CPR and ACLS certifications, and at least three years of progressive nursing work with leadership.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• Master's in nursing, healthcare admin, or related field preferred.
• Minimum three years of progressive nursing experience with leadership.
• CCU or high-acuity experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as highest-level clinical and operational leader on duty during shift.
• Oversee hospital-wide clinical operations, patient flow, staffing, safety, and emergency response.
• Interpret and enforce policies, direct staff, allocate resources, and make real-time decisions.
• Act as central decision-maker for real-time operations and capacity management.
