The role functions as the central decision-maker for real-time operations, support frontline staff, coordinating interdepartmental activity, and maintaining situational awareness of capacity, acuity, and resource needs. When circumstances require additional review, investigation, formal follow-up, or action related to a team member's performance, conduct, or employment status, the HOA partners with the appropriate supervisor, department leader, Human Resources, and/or chain of command to ensure matters are addressed through the proper process.
