Per Diem Level 1: 32-72 hrs per 6-week schedule
Hourly Pay Range: $45.21 - $70.08 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
The RN House Operations Administrator (HOA) serves as the highest‑level clinical and operational leader on duty during their assigned shift when senior leadership is not on site. The HOA provides hospital‑wide oversight of clinical operations, patient flow, staffing, safety, and emergency response. Acting in the interest of the organization, the HOA exercises independent judgment and has the authority to interpret and enforce policies, provides direction to team members, direct clinical and operational activity, resolve complex issues, allocate resources, and make real‑time decisions necessary to ensure continuity of safe, high‑quality patient care across all units. The role functions as the central decision‑maker for real‑time operations, support frontline staff, coordinating interdepartmental activity, and maintaining situational awareness of capacity, acuity, and resource needs.
