Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate in Nursing or diploma required; BSN in progress or willing to pursue within three years of hire.
• Six months of relevant nursing experience or active Nurse Residency participation.
• Current New Jersey Nursing license and BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per evidence-based standards.
• Administer medications using bar-scanning and documentation tech.
• Document assessments, plans of care, interventions, and evaluations electronically.
• Provide patient and family-centered education to optimize health and wellness.
• Facilitate multi-disciplinary discharges for safe transitions and continuum of care.
• Provide care in patient homes as part of Hospital at Home program.
