Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or leadership experience in hospice leadership.
• Must be a licensed RN active in practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local laws and reporting.
• Provide leadership to support growth and strategic relationships.
• Oversee financial performance and budgeting of the program site.
• Organize hospice resources and day-to-day operations.
