Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking a strong Registered Nurse Hospice Clinical Supervisor to join our team in the Flint office location. The ideal candidate must hold an active Michigan state Registered Nurse License and be self-motivated, driven, and organized.

This role mainly requires working Monday to Friday from 8:00a to 5:00p in office, with occasional staffing assistance needed. You will lead patient assessments, care planning, and ensure compliance with documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Michigan state Registered Nurse License.
• Experience with Wounds, Assessments, Medication set-up & Management.
• Ability to travel within the main coverage area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supervisory visits with clients and field staff routinely.
• Complete timely paperwork that meets DOH Compliance Standards.
• Assess and plan care for patients in hospice.

• Current and reliable cell phone and be easily reachable
• 1 year of Hospice experience
