As a Hospice Baylor RN at VNA Health Group, you’ll provide expert nursing care to patients in their homes while enjoying a schedule designed for flexibility and work-life balance. This Baylor position works every Saturday and Sunday, 12‑hour shifts, and is paid for 30 hours.
