The Judge Group is seeking an RN - Hospice for a full time, direct hire, onsite role in Hutchinson, KS. Compensation ranges from $55k to $85k annually.

The RN will develop and manage patient care plans, collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, supervise HHA services, and ensure thorough documentation while upholding HIPAA standards. This role emphasizes compassionate patient care across the hospice spectrum.

Formación

• RN licensed to practice in Kansas.
• Experience in hospice care preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Formulates collaborative plan of care for hospice patients from newborn to geriatric.
• Provides skilled nursing services per the plan of care.
• Promotes symptom management and comfort per goals.
• Communicates assessments and plan with staff and volunteers.
• Collaborates with physicians, families and other disciplines on care needs.
• Supervises HHA services as per policy.
• Maintains timely, accurate documentation.
• Maintains positive relationships with patients, families, coworkers and referral sources.
• Monitors patients’ physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual conditions.
• Complies with HIPAA privacy and security regulations.

Our client is currently seeking a RN - Hospice for a full time, direct hire, onsite position in Hutchinson, KS, paying $55k-$85k

GENERAL SUMMARY:

• Assumes the responsibility for development, implementation, and management of the patient’s plan of care. Collaborates with physician and other ordered disciplines as indicated to maximize patient outcomes.
• Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Formulates a collaborative individualized plan of care based upon medical and nursing diagnosis and desired patient outcomes for hospice patient’s newborn thru geriatric.
• Assumes responsibility for the provision of skilled services in accordance with the plan of care.
• Promotes patient’s symptom management and comfort in alignment with patient/family care goals.
• Communicates patient assessment and current plan of care with other hospice house staff and volunteers on a routine basis.
• Collaborates with physician, patient/family and other assigned disciplines regarding care needs and revisions to plan of care.
• Completes supervision of HHA services provided as per policy.
• Completes timely and accurate documentation as per agency policy.
• Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with patients, family members, co-workers, physicians and referral sources.
• Observes the patients’ physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual conditions and collaborates with team members as appropriate.
• Abides by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability privacy and security regulations regarding all aspects of Protected Health Information (PHI).
