*Responsibilities*
* Provide compassionate patient care in a hospice setting, ensuring comfort and dignity for patients and their families.
* Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs, administering medications and IV therapy as needed.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Educate patients and families on care options, including tube feeding and symptom management.
* Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure compliance with BLS and nursing standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $51.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
