Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a licensed RN to provide skilled 1:1 home care in patients' homes across Indiana. This role offers a manageable pace, consistent assignments, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and families.

You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications, educate families, and collaborate with care teams. Flexible day/evening/night shifts are available, with full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Current BLS certification
• 1+ year of nursing experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes

• Collaborate with families, care teams, and clinical support
