Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is recruiting an experienced RN to provide skilled 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes within Goshen, Indiana. You will monitor conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with families to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.

Require active RN license and current BLS; 1+ year of nursing experience preferred. Positions include full-time/part-time/PRN with flexible shifts and weekly pay. Comprehensive benefits available.

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collaborate with families, care teams, and clinical support

• Document care and communicate updates appropriately

Requirements

Required:

• Active RN license
• Current BLS certification

Preferred:

• 1+ year of nursing experience
