• GTube/Trach/Vent experience
• Second shift hours, Weekend Overnights, PRN

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services.
• Initiate and revise the plan of care as needed based on patient status and prescriber input.
• Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on diagnosis and goals.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and report to appropriate physicians or supervisors.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor and document effectiveness.
• Review care plans and protocols to identify education, care coordination, and discharge planning needs.

Requirements:

• Current RN license for the state of practice.
• Current Health Certificate (per regulations).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year RN experience preferred.
