Maxim Healthcare in Washington, IA is seeking RN nurses for true 1:1 home care assignments with flexible scheduling and overnights. You will provide skilled nursing care in the home, monitor patient conditions, and respond to changes while collaborating closely with families and care teams.

Requirements include an active RN license and current BLS certification; 1+ year experience preferred. We offer weekly pay with direct deposit, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, PTO and ongoing
