Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Salary Range: $32 - $36 per hour

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and services provided to clients receiving contracted services.
• Initiate the care plan as directed and request revisions from prescribers as patient needs change.
• Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and goals.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and report to physicians or supervisors.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor their effectiveness.
• Review care plans and protocols to identify education, care coordination, and discharge planning needs.

Requirements:

• Current RN license for the practicing state.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility or state regulation).
• Current PPD test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of prior RN experience preferred.
