Salary: $30 - $40 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Gallipolis, OH to work with pediatric and adult patients in their homes. Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions are available for DAY, EVENING, and NIGHT SHIFTS during weekdays.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an RN in the practicing state.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
