Pay: $40 - $45 / hour

Maxim Healthcare in Murrayville, IL is hiring a Registered Nurse to work with Pediatric patients in their homes.

• GTube/Trach/Vent
• Second shift hours, Weekend Overnights, PRN

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services provided to clients receiving contracted services.
• Initiate and revise the plan of care as needed, based on patient status and prescriber guidance.
• Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on diagnosis and goals.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and report to appropriate physicians or supervisors.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor effectiveness, and document outcomes.
• Review care plans and protocols to identify education, care coordination, and discharge planning needs.

Requirements:

• Current RN license for the state of practice.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of RN experience preferred.
