Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse to work with a patient in the comfort of their own home. Shifts can be day or night, and the role involves caring for patients requiring Gtube/Trach/Vent support.

The RN will perform skilled nursing care on each assignment, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while documenting data and nursing diagnoses. Current RN licensure, TB/Chest X-Ray, and BLS are required; home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
