Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking highly qualified RN nurses to provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, delivering focused, one-on-one care with an emphasis on safety and patient comfort.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year nursing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with families, care teams, and clinical support.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and medications.
• Document care and communicate updates appropriately.
