Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking RN nurses to provide skilled 1:1 home health care in Goodlettsville and Mt. Juliet. You will deliver patient-centered care, administer treatments, and collaborate with families and care teams to ensure safety and comfort.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with day, evening, and overnight shifts, weekly pay with direct deposit, and comprehensive benefits. Active RN license and BLS are required; pediatric/home health experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with families, care teams, and clinical support.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and medications.
• Document care and communicate updates appropriately.

Requirements

Required:

• Active RN license
