Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking licensed RNs to deliver skilled, in-home 1:1 nursing care across Tennessee, including Manchester, Shelbyville, Woodbury, and Tullahoma. You will manage medications, monitor conditions, and educate families in a patient-centered, compassionate manner.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with day, evening, and overnight shifts. Competitive pay with weekly direct deposit, plus benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with families, care teams, and clinical support.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and medications.
• Document care and communicate updates appropriately.

Salary: $32 - $36 per hour

Peds: Shelbyville 11yo Male Gtube Mon-Friday $32 per hour

Peds: Shelbyville 9yo Female Gtube Mon-Friday $32 per hour

Peds: Manchester Infant Trach/Vent Full Time Days/Nights $34-$36 per hour

Peds: Woodbury 15yo Male Gtube Thur/Fri Day Shift $32

Peds: Tullahoma 5yo Male Trach/Vent Mon-Thur Nights $34-$36 per hour

Adult: Morrison 80yo Male Gtube Saturday 9:30a-7:30p $38 per hour
