Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide direct 1:1 home-based nursing care. You will work with one patient at a time across pediatric and adult cases, delivering compassionate care in patients' homes with flexible scheduling and consistent assignments.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.

Pay: $30-$36

Peds: Shelbyville 11yo Male Gtube Mon-Friday $30-$32 per hour

Peds: Shelbyville 9yo Female Gtube Mon-Friday $30-$32 per hour

Peds: Manchester Infant Trach/Vent Full Time Days/Nights $32-$36 per hour

Peds: Woodbury 15yo Male Gtube Thur/Fri Day Shift $30-$32

Peds: Tullahoma 5yo Male Trach/Vent Mon-Thur Nights $32-$36 per hour

Adult: Morrison 80yo Male Gtube Saturday 9:30a-7:30p $38 per hour
