Job summary

Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home patient care. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing services in a home setting, following prescribed orders and nursing processes.

You will assess and monitor patients, collect and analyze health data, and document nursing diagnoses while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. TB test or Chest X-Ray and BLS are required; experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the practicing state.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
• Preferred: at least one year of professional nursing experience.
