Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide in-home patient care, delivering skilled nursing services according to orders and using the nursing process to assess and evaluate outcomes.

The role emphasizes compassionate, data-informed care in a home setting, with a focus on patients with chronic or acute conditions and a commitment to accurate documentation and adherence to protocols.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• Valid TB test or Chest X-Ray evidence.
• BLS certification is required.
• Preferred minimum of one year of professional nursing experience.
