Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for patient-centered homecare across pediatric and adult populations. You will deliver safe nursing care in clients’ homes, coordinating with families and the healthcare team.

Responsibilities include planning and adjusting care plans, administering medications, monitoring outcomes, and providing education and discharge planning. A valid RN license and BLS are required, with preferred 1 year of RN experience.

Qualifications

• RN license valid for practicing state.
• Current health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification.
• Preferred one year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Initiate and adjust care plans based on patient needs and physician directives.
