Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Home Health assignment in New Jersey. The role involves 4–5 patient visits per 8‑hour shift with travel between locations and mileage reimbursement.

You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, performing wound care, device management and clinical assessments. The position requires NJ or compact license, BLS, and at least 1 year of home health experience; able to document remotely and handle case management tasks.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey nursing license or compact license.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience.
• Proficiency with home health charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide 4-5 patient visits per 8-hour shift.
• Coordinate services and assist with case management.
• Travel between patient locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Perform revisits only; no admissions or discharges.
• Ensure wound care, infusion and device management are up to standard.
• Maintain accurate clinical assessment documentation and charting.
