Position Overview

Flexible Weekend Schedule Available

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Full-time Weekend RN.

Schedule: Flexibility with required availability on Saturdays and Sundays.

The Home Health Weekend Registered Nurse:

• Performs skilled nursing visits and coordinates patient care
• Serves as the point of contact for all care disciplines
• Oversees visit frequency per episode
• Consults with physicians and office staff regarding patient care
• Ensures accurate OASIS data collection and current medication profiles
• Reports lab values timely to physicians
• Attends weekly case conferences and monthly meetings

Qualifications

Registered Nurses (RNs) must meet the following:

• Current RN license in the state of employment
• Preferred minimum of one year of clinical experience
• Knowledge and skills in current nursing practices
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
