Job Description & Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse is a licensed professional responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care in home or alternative settings, following organizational policies. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning in collaboration with physicians, and performing skilled interventions such as phlebotomy, wound care, infusion, ostomy, and catheter care. The nurse educates and supports patients and caregivers to promote independence at home and supervises Licensed Practical Nurses and Home Health Aides involved in patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

• PPV Model: 28-30 points/week
• Travel reimbursement: $.41/mile
• SOC: $120, ROC: $100, Recert: $90, Evaluation: $70, Discharge: $40
• Hourly rate: $35/hr for Orientation, Holidays, PTO
• On Call Pay: Weekdays $30/day, Weekends and Holidays $50/day

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year RN experience required
• Home Health experience preferred
• Training provided for RNs new to Home Health
