Job summary

Mercy Home Health provides skilled nursing care in patients’ homes across the community. You will assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate outcomes under physician direction, delivering compassionate care where it matters most.

This outdoor-friendly, on-site role offers a structured schedule (Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–4:30 PM) with rotating on-call weekends and holiday rotations. Mileage reimbursement supports travel between patient homes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Missouri RN license required.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under physician direction.
• Assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in home settings.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in on-call weekends as scheduled.

• Mileage Reimbursement:

  • $0.70 per mile (subject to change per Federal Reimbursement Rate)

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prefer one year of experience in a related field (home health, acute care, etc.).

• Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program required.

• Licensure: Current RN license in the state of Missouri required. Must also have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

• Certifications: BLS Certification required through the American Heart Association.
