Job summary

Mercy Home Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing services in patients' homes within the Mercy South area and neighboring counties. You will assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate outcomes under physician direction, delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care.

This community-based role offers a full-time schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM) with rotating on-call weekends and holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• RN license in Missouri required
• Graduate from accredited nursing program
• BLS certification required through American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under physician direction
• Assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate care outcomes
• Deliver patient-centered care with autonomy in the community
• Maintain documentation and comply with Mercy Home Health protocols

• Mileage Reimbursement:

  • $0.70 per mile (subject to change per Federal Reimbursement Rate)

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prefer one year of experience in a related field (home health, acute care, etc.).

• Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program required.

• Licensure: Current RN license in the state of Missouri required. Must also have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

• Certifications: BLS Certification required through the American Heart Association.
