Job summary

Mercy Home Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes within the Mercy South area and neighboring counties. You will assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate outcomes under physician supervision, delivering patient-centered care with compassion.

The role offers a flexible full-time schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM) with rotating on-call weekends and holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health or related field preferred.
• Missouri RN license required.
• BLS Certification through American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under physician direction.
• Assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Complete and maintain accurate patient records and mileage logs; participate in rotating on-call weekends.

• Mileage Reimbursement:

  • $0.70 per mile (subject to change per Federal Reimbursement Rate)

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prefer one year of experience in a related field (home health, acute care, etc.).

• Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program required.

• Licensure: Current RN license in the state of Missouri required. Must also have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

• Certifications: BLS Certification required through the American Heart Association.
