Careringhealth seeks a registered nurse to perform initial and periodic comprehensive assessments for admission and ongoing home health services in Maryland. You will determine client needs, effectiveness of care, and outcomes, including potential OASIS items as appropriate.

You will provide nursing care using home assessments, nursing diagnoses, and physician-approved care plans, perform physician-ordered treatments, and communicate changes to supervisors and physicians.

Formación

• Holds a current Registered Nurse license.
• Graduate from an approved school of nursing.
• Minimum of two years of acute care experience with heart, lung, and physical assessments.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to function with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Strong critical thinking skills.

Overview

The RN completes initial and periodic comprehensive assessments of clients, caregivers, and home environments for admission to and continued service from the Agency to determine needs, effectiveness of care provided, and achievement of anticipated outcomes. Assessments may include OASIS items at appropriate time points.
