BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Staunton, Virginia to join our home health visit team. You will provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in patients' homes, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to support clients staying at home.

Ideal candidates have an active Virginia RN license and at least one year of relevant clinical experience, with strong assessment and documentation skills, and the ability to make timely clinical decisions in diverse home

Qualifikationen

• A current Virginia nursing license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN).
• At least 1 year of hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric populations in clinical settings.

Aufgaben

• Perform head-to-toe assessment and identify changes in patient condition.
• Deliver skilled nursing and rehabilitative care at home (CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy).
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in home setting.
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Document wound assessments and care accurately.
