Maxim Healthcare is seeking a registered nurse to provide contracted client care, plan and implement nursing actions, and monitor patient progress. You will administer medications, revise plans as conditions change, and collaborate with physicians to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current Health Certificate as required by contract or state regulation.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year RN experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Uses the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for clients receiving contracted services.
• Initiates the plan of care and requests revisions from prescriber as patient status changes.
• Incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on diagnosis and goals.
• Intervenes for changes in patient condition and reports to physician or supervisor.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, and documents effectiveness.
• Reviews plan of care and program protocols and identifies education, care coordination, and discharge planning needs.
