Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide contracted patient care in the United States. The role emphasizes planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care using the nursing process, with medication administration and monitoring as core duties.

The position offers competitive hourly pay of $42–$50, weekly paychecks, and benefits including health, dental, vision, HSA and life insurance, PTO and a 401(k) plan. Current RN license and BLS required.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for contracted clients.
• Initiates and revises plan of care as patient status changes and prescriber directs.
• Administers medications and treatments, monitors effectiveness and documents results.
• Reviews care plans and coordinates education, care, and discharge planning as needed.
• Responds to changes in patient condition and communicates with physicians or supervisors.
