Job summary

UnitedHealth Group in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking a Clinical Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and coordination of therapy services to ensure high-quality patient care and fiscal responsibility.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, payor verification, documentation, and ongoing Plan of Care, with on-call duties and staff training. A RN license with state eligibility and CPR, plus 1+ year management experience, are required.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor\'s degree in nursing.
• Current RN license, state-specific.
• 1+ year of clinical RN experience in home health or hospice.
• 1+ year of RN management experience.
• Current CPR certification; Driver\'s License and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate therapy services to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and referrals.
• Monitor documentation and ensure compliance and fiscal responsibility.
• Participate in on-call process and staff training.
• Support patient goals and Plan of Care with clinicians.
