Protouch Staffing seeks a registered nurse for home health in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This contract assignment runs for 13 weeks with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, no on-call except every other week triage and one weekend RN.

Travel or local placement available. Requires Oasis and HCHB experience, RN license in Michigan, CPR, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and 1–2 years of clinical RN experience plus 2+ years in home health.

Qualificações

• Homecare Homebase software experience required.
• OASIS experience required.
• Current state RN license required.
• CHPN certification preferred.
• Proof of current CPR certification required.
• Current driver’s license required.
• Must have reliable transportation and insurance.
• 1–2 years RN experience in a clinical care setting required.
• 2+ years Home health experience required.
