Job summary
AmeriStaff Nursing Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health in the Flat Rock, MI area. This field-based role focuses on high-quality one-on-one patient care with strong clinical support from a dedicated team.
You will perform SOC assessments, wound care, and education while coordinating care and documenting in the EMR system. An active MI RN license and 1+ year experience are required, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
