Amedisys is seeking a RN-Clinical Manager in Home Health in Montgomery, AL. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality patient care, organizing clinical operations, and guiding staff decisions. Schedule is 8a-5p, M-F, with a $89,000-$95,000 salary range.

Requires RN license in assigned state(s), OASIS experience preferred, and at least one year RN management experience in home health or hospice. Benefits include multiple health plans, PTO, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• OASIS experience preferred.
• RN license valid in the state(s) of assignment.
• At least one year of RN management experience in home health/hospice.
• One year of clinical RN experience in home health or hospice is required.

Responsibilities

• Recommends employment decisions for staff to the director of operations, including hires, fires, promotions, or status changes.
• Responsible for overall quality of patient care and clinical performance of nurses and aides.
• Organizes clinical operations for the care center.
• Reviews service requests and determines patient eligibility for home care, coordinating referrals and admissions with intake.
• Oversees scheduling and payor verification, and ensures timely documentation.
• Assists clinicians in establishing goals and Plan of Care, and revises plans as needed.
• May provide direct patient care in emergencies and participates in on-call process.
• Participates in staff training and in investigation/resolution of concerns.
