Job summary

Alpha Home Health & Hospice in Everett, WA is seeking a Home Health Clinical Manager to provide day-to-day clinical oversight of nursing and interdisciplinary staff. You will ensure regulatory compliance, monitor documentation quality, and coach clinicians to maintain high standards of patient care.

The role requires an active WA RN license, a minimum of 3 years in home health, and at least 1 year in a leadership capacity. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field is required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Washington State.
• Minimum 3 years of home health agency experience.
• Strong understanding of home health regulations, documentation requirements, and clinical best practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• At least 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Experience overseeing clinical teams in a home health setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical oversight of home health nursing and interdisciplinary staff.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, federal, and agency regulations.
• Review and monitor documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and quality standards.
• Support clinicians through training, mentoring, coaching, and performance development.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, staff retention, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Oversee patient care coordination and ensure appropriate delivery of services.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy staff, and other healthcare professionals to promote positive patient outcomes.
• Monitor quality indicators, patient satisfaction, and agency performance metrics.
• Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Address clinical concerns and provide leadership support for field staff as needed.
